BRU'D Rewards

The coffee industry has long been dominated by corporate giants like Starbucks and Pete's Coffee, leaving independent coffee shops struggling to compete. These local businesses lacked the resources to implement sophisticated loyalty programs, gift card management systems, and mobile ordering platforms that customers have come to expect. Additionally, they needed seamless integration with existing Square POS systems, Star receipt printing capabilities, and Stripe payment processing for marketplace management. BRU'D Rewards needed to level the playing field by creating a unified platform that could serve multiple independent coffee shops while providing customers with seamless ordering, rewards earning, and cross-location redemption capabilities.

We developed a comprehensive React Native mobile application that revolutionizes how customers interact with independent coffee shops. The platform features seamless mobile ordering, a sophisticated loyalty rewards program with gift card management, and a merchant dashboard for coffee shop owners. We integrated with Square POS systems for seamless transaction processing, implemented Star receipt printing capabilities, and utilized Stripe for marketplace management and payment processing. The app eliminates service fees while providing customers with unlimited redemption options at any participating coffee shop, creating a win-win ecosystem that supports local businesses and enhances customer experience. The solution was thoroughly tested through TestFlight before App Store deployment.
