This policy explains what Couve Stack does with personal information submitted through https://www.couvestack.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1. What we collect
We collect only what you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, company or website, the budget range and service you selected, and the message you wrote.
We also collect standard analytics about how pages are used: page views, referrer, approximate region, device type and browser. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
2. Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used for one purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if we work together, delivering the project. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not run drip sequences, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics are used to understand which pages are useful and where the site is confusing, so we can improve it.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored locally in your own browser and never transmitted to us.
If analytics are enabled, they may set a first-party cookie to distinguish repeat visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing any functionality of this site.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months so we have context if you come back to us, then deleted. Records relating to paid engagements are retained for as long as required for tax and legal obligations.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@couvestack.com and we will action the request within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted encrypted and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not retain payment card details or other sensitive categories of data on this website at all.
7. Third parties
We use a form-delivery provider to receive enquiries and an analytics provider to measure page usage. These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
This site does not embed social media trackers, advertising pixels or session-recording tools.
8. Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
