These terms govern your use of https://www.couvestack.com. Project engagements are additionally governed by the signed proposal for that project.
1. Using this website
By using https://www.couvestack.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You may not use this site to distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or misrepresent your affiliation with Couve Stack.
2. Intellectual property
The design, code, copy, and original graphics on this site are owned by Couve Creative LLC unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce substantial portions of it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Case studies feature work produced for clients. Client names, logos and screenshots remain the property of those clients and appear here with permission as a record of work delivered.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Prices, timelines and scope discussed by email or on a call are indicative until set out in a signed written proposal.
Any figures, ranges or estimates published on this site are illustrative. The price for your project is the one in your proposal.
4. Client project terms
Engagements are governed by the individual proposal and statement of work signed by both parties, which takes precedence over anything on this page in the event of a conflict.
As standard, clients own the deliverables, source code, hosting accounts and domains for their project on final payment. We retain the right to describe the work publicly, including in case studies, unless the proposal says otherwise.
5. Results and no warranty of outcome
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, conversion rates or revenue outcomes. Search engines, markets and competitors are outside our control, and any provider claiming otherwise is not being straight with you.
What we commit to is the scope of work in your proposal, delivered to a professional standard, with reporting drawn from raw analytics and Search Console data against a recorded baseline.
6. External links
Case studies link to live client websites. Those sites are outside our control and may change after publication. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Couve Creative LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including lost profits or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
