FlexSpace

The business began with a pilot location called WellSpace to validate demand for rentable wellness and treatment rooms. Once provider capacity was reached, the challenge shifted from running one location to building a scalable platform model. FlexSpace needed to transition from a single-location proof of concept into a closed-system SaaS product where each owner could run their own branded booking environment without exposing a public marketplace model.

We approached the project as a product architecture challenge first. Through discovery sessions and full Figma role-based flows, we mapped Admin, Owner, and Provider journeys before implementation. The platform was designed around multi-tenant SaaS behavior: owner-specific environments, isolated tenant data, role permissions, owner-led provider invitation logic, and owner-level Stripe connection patterns. We paired this with booking infrastructure for room availability, reservation management, and integration-ready workflows for notifications, check-in, and physical access systems.
