9 Cent Color Copies is known for low prices and high-speed delivery. Their order system had been built and rebuilt multiple times over the years, but eventually collapsed under its own weight. As new products were added and form elements were duplicated, the user flow became overwhelming and hard to maintain.

Turning the idea into impact.
We took a top-down approach to redesigning the order experience. We removed legacy plugins and created a new workflow inside WordPress that grouped products by customer intent, not internal jargon. The new layout collapses complexity with tabs and conditional fields.
