Healing by Moses

Moses reached out to us because he had a poor performing website built in Wix and he needed a more responsive website that had customizations unique to his business model. He struggled with cancelled appointments, booking requests going to spam, and fake appointments being made. He needed a solution built specifically for his business model.

We came up with a solution where he can confirm appointments through phone, so we created a custom calendar where site visitors can select the day and time they prefer, but bookings require a call or text confirmation with Moses to secure the appointment. However we didn't want to deter visitors that prefer not calling or filling out a contact form, which is where we decided to make the more accessible approach of users being able to select the type of appointment they want, the day/time, and add their contact details, and that will shoot a text through Twilio to Moses so he doesn't get any spam-flagged emails or unconfirmed appointments.
